How to Apply

Please read our project criteria first and make sure that your project is one that we can support. If you have any concerns about whether you meet our requirements or need clarification then please contact us and we will help you. Also have a look at our projects for funding page to gain an understanding of the types of projects that we support.

1. Download and read our application guidance note (pdf file).
2. Read our page on the technical specification for images.
3. Download and look through our completed sample application form (pdf file).
4. Download and fill in the application form (see below).
5. Email or post the form to us and email your photos.
6. View our project lifecycle diagram to see what will happen to your application.
7. We will email you a receipt for your application that will include a project ID, e.g. TP098. Please make sure you use this ID in all future correspondence with us.

Application Form

There are three types of our application form that you can download depending on the computer software that you use.

• Download Microsoft Word application form.
• Download Rich Text Format application form for use in other word processing packages.
• Download pdf file application form for printing off, filling in by hand and posting.

Please note, we recommend that you fill in the application form fully before you fill in the details about the financial contribution sought from TICOS, as there may be aspects that need costing that you may not have considered in your proposal.
